You order at the window or the counter and the kitchen is right behind it. The menu is built around the American-Chinese plates people keep coming back for: General Tso's Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Orange Chicken, Cashew Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Crab Rangoon and Combo Fried Rice.

Portions are big and the prices are easy. Every entree comes with a crab rangoon and fried rice, so one order is a full meal. We are open seven days a week, 10am to 10pm, for drive-thru, carryout and delivery, with outdoor seating when the weather is good, and dogs are welcome outside.

The building is hard to miss: a red, neon-lit spot on Linwood Blvd in Midtown Kansas City, a couple of minutes south of Crown Center and Penn Valley Park.
